I am a fourth generation Western District (Vic) farming family. I have lived on the Mid North Coast of NSW for fifteen years. I am very familiar with farming and rural communities from Taree to Coffs Harbour and west to Armidale and Tamworth.
As a barrister I have appeared for financial institutions and insurance companies in court and at mediation. I am very familiar with banking principles, and the corporate culture of financial institutions.
I have considerable commercial and tort law experience.
I have over twenty years mediation experience in family conflict cases including family law, succession, wills and probate.
I have mediated many disputes between property owners over a wide range of grievances.
As a sitting Member of the Mining and Petroleum Tribunal I am very familiar with issues relating to compensation claims
