I grew up on a family sheep and broadacre cropping farm in Central West NSW near Young and completed a Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce).
I worked in the farm machinery equipment finance industry, before becoming a Rural Financial Counsellor in Lake Cargelligo, and then Coonamble in Western NSW. I then trained as a mediator and have been mediating since 2011.
I am on the NSW Community Justice Centres Mediator Panel, Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) Family Group Conference Facilitator Panel, The NSW Small Business Commission Mediator Panel, a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (Property and Parenting), and an Elder/Older Person Mediator.
I have a Masters of Dispute Resolution and am a Graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
I live on a farm outside of Canowindra in Central West NSW.
