I have operated a small Angus and mixed farming operation in the Hunter Valley. I am aware of the challenges and difficulties faced by the farming community.
As a former Insolvency Practitioner of 30 years, I have acted as Receiver and Manager and as an investigative Accountant for banks and private financiers involved in Rural industries.
I have acted as Accountant and Advisor for clients engaged in a wide range of farming and related rural industries.
I conducted a family counselling practice for several years and have assisted families to resolve interpersonal issues, including Estate and Family provision disputes.
I have acted as Mediator under the Farm Debt Mediation Act, the Retail Tenancy Unit, and rural industry based legal disputes.
