• Movement sheet (PDF, 151.38 KB)

To avoid any delays in the submission of your application, please ensure you have scanned copies of:

• Proof of property location (Copy of latest Local Land Service (LLS) and Local Government Area (LGA) rates notices)
• Owner Carrier (Copy of registration papers and log book entries)
• Proof of Expenditure (Tax Invoice/s)
• Transportation costs sheet
