If you are struggling to make the repayments on your loan, please contact the RAA to discuss your specific situation and circumstances.

Please send your request to recoveries@raa.nsw.gov.au or phone the RAA on 1800 678 593.

In some instances, a full financial assessment may be required and the following supporting documents will be requested:

  • Three years of financial statements and tax returns for the business and related entities
  • Three years of individual tax returns
  • Current statement of position
  • Current commitment schedule.
