Discharge authority

Please complete the RAA Discharge/Refinance Authority Form to arrange the release of security from your RAA loan.

This form can be completed for both full releases (e.g. sale or refinance) or partial releases (e.g. selling assets secured under a registered Personal Property Securities Register or selling one of your properties). Note: All requests for a partial release must be assessed and approved before they can be actioned.

Forms must be submitted at least 20 business days before your settlement date via email to securities@raa.nsw.gov.au.

Once received, we will contact you, or your agent, to progress your request.
