How to read a Claim Summary

Once one or more claim requests have been processed and approved for payment, a Claim Summary will be available in the portal.

To view your Claim Summary, go to the Claims page, select a closed claim and then click on Claim Summary.

Your Claim Summary provides details about your Financial Account, payment information, and the invoices and claims included in the assessment.

Financial Account details

  • Financial Account number: Your unique Financial Account reference number.
  • Approved amount: The total amount approved under your application that is available to be claimed.
  • Previously paid amount: The total amount already paid under the Financial Account. This excludes any payments approved as part of the current Claim Summary and reflects the account balance at the time this claim was processed.

Payment details

This section provides information about the payment approved through this Claim Summary:

  • Amount paid: The total payment approved for this Claim Summary. This amount may be lower than the approved claim amount if some invoices have already been used to support a previous payment, such as an upfront or initial payment.
  • Payment date: The date the claim was approved for payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be deposited into your nominated bank account.
  • Number of invoices approved: The total number of invoices assessed and approved.
  • Number of invoices rejected: The total number of invoices assessed and found ineligible.

Invoices processed in the Claim Summary

This section lists the invoices included in the assessment. For each invoice, you can view:

  • Claim ID
  • Supplier name
  • Invoice date
  • Approved amount

Claims processed in the Claim Summary

If multiple claims were assessed and processed together, they will be listed in this section.
