In this tab, you can access information relating to the Financial Account, disbursement and repayment details.
This includes:
- Financial Account number
- BP Number
- Application ID
- Contract number
- Account status
- Approval date
- Approved amount
Claims
In this tab, you can access information about Claims submitted for your loan.
This includes:
- Financial Account details
- Invoices approved
- Amount paid
- Payment date
If no claims are associated with the loan, a message will be displayed to indicate this.
Instalment notices
In this tab, you can view details of your current instalment notice, including:
- Month the instalment was issued
- Due date
- Contract number
- Principal amount
- Interest amount
- Arrears amount
- Total amount due
If there are no instalment notices associated with the Financial Account, a message will be displayed to indicate this.
Arrears
In this tab, you can view information about your loan if it is in arrears. If the loan is not in arrears, a message will be displayed to indicate this.
For loans in arrears, you can review details including:
- Outstanding amount
- Payment options
Information about arrears is also emailed directly to the primary contact associated with the loan.
Please note:
- If a payment has recently been made, or you have received written confirmation from the RAA regarding an agreed payment arrangement, you can disregard the information in the Arrears tab. .
- Payments made after the last day of the previous month may not yet be reflected in the RAA Portal.
Variation requests
A loan variation request allows you to notify the RAA of changes to your personal or business circumstances, and to request updates to the borrowing entity structure or loan security.
Before submitting a request through the RAA Portal, you must:
- review the information on our Loan variations webpage
- contact our team to discuss your circumstances and proposed changes.
What you will need
Please have the following documents ready:
- Signed Consent to Contact Lenders Form
- Commitment schedules for both the existing and proposed borrowing entities
- Statement of Financial Position for both the existing and proposed borrowing entities
- The last three years’ financial statements for both existing and proposed entities, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, stock trading accounts, and depreciation schedules (tax assessment notices are not accepted)
- The last three years of individual tax returns, and a current statement of assets and liabilities for each individual member of a partnership or family trust or all company directors and shareholders (include details of income sources if individuals are not primarily reliant on the business)
- Farm Business Plan for the proposed borrowing entity
- Monthly cash flow forecast for the next 12 months for the proposed borrowing entity
How to submit a variation request
- Log in to the RAA Portal and navigate to the Approved Assistance page.
- Select the relevant Financial Account and click Submit Variation Request, then Start application.
- Enter details of the existing borrower(s), including any history of bankruptcy, liquidation, or court judgements, where applicable.
- Provide details of the variation you are requesting, such as changes to the borrowing entity structure or loan security and clearly outline the reasons for the request.
- Upload all required supporting documentation, including financial statements, tax returns, cash flow forecasts, and any other relevant information.
- If applicable, enter details of the proposed borrowing entity, including ABN or entity name, or provide details for a new entity not currently registered with RAA.
- Provide details of any associated property holdings, including property name and address, ownership status, land size, business activity, and whether the property will be used as loan security. Supporting documents (such as council rates notices) may be required.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, confirm your agreement, and select Submit.
What happens next
The RAA will review your request.
You will receive an email outlining the next steps or advising of the outcome once the review is complete.
Financial hardship assistance requests
Requests for financial hardship assistance may be submitted through the RAA Portal. This type of request would be submitted if you are experiencing financial difficulty and are temporarily unable to meet loan repayments. This may be a result of an unexpected change in circumstances.
Before submitting a request through the RAA Portal, you must:
- review the information on our Financial hardship assistance webpage
- contact our team to discuss your circumstances.
What you will need
Please have the following documents ready:
- most recent financial statements and tax returns
- most recent bank statement for your trading account
- year-to-date management results
- Australian Taxation Office (ATO) integrated client account statement
- listing of aged debtors and creditors.
In some instances, a full financial assessment may be required to enable the RAA to assess your position. If this is the case, we will send you a request for information.
How to submit a financial hardship assistance request
- Log In to the RAA Portal and navigate to the Support page.
- Click Submit new request.
- Choose New Support Request.
- If you are submitting the request on behalf of an existing RAA customer, select Yes and enter the ABN, BP number, or entity name. Otherwise, select No.
- Under Type of Support Request, select Request financial hardship support.
- Provide a clear Description of your request to help our team understand your needs.
- Upload any supporting documents, if required.
- Read the declaration and tick the checkbox to confirm your agreement.
- Select Submit.
What happens next
The RAA will review your request.
You will receive an email outlining the next steps or advising of the outcome once the review is complete.
